You'll never get bored at this wonderful brand new single family home in The Waterways community. Main level has a master suite with a private sitting area and bath with a Jacuzzi tub.  Second bedroom is also located on the main level along with the great room which includes the living area, dining area, and the kitchen.  Kitchen has a large pantry and is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and flatware.  Lower level has a family room, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a game room with a pool table, ping pong table and dart board. The home has 6 TV's* with Direct TV including the MLB Extra Innings package, 4 DVD players, Playstation 2, X Box, and a VCR.  Lawn games available are horseshoes, bocce, and croquet. Short walk to the boat slip by path from back of house.  Community beach, pool, boat ramp, tennis and basketball courts.  A covered boat slip is available from April through August.  Please note that this is not a waterfront home, it is lake access.

Enjoy meals from the grill outside on the back deck.

The large open kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs.  The dining area has a pub table that will seat up to 8.

Gather together on the large sectional sofa in the living room.  The fireplace is available during the fall and winter.

A recreation room on the lower level has a pool table, ping pong table, dart board and TV with a DVD player.  

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has a it's own bathroom.  A private sitting area is around the corner of the bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and is also on the main level.

Bunk beds with full mattresses are in the third bedroom on the lower level.

The forth bedroom is also on the lower level and has two twin beds.

The family room on the lower level has another TV with a DVD player, X Box and 

Playstation 2.

The Waterways community is conveniently located on Smith Mountain Lake Parkway, close to the State Park.  It's a great community with a lot of amenities, all within walking distance, including the outdoor pool which is just across from the home.

A sandy beach, a tennis court, and a basketball court are also available to use.  A private boat launch is also located within the community.
